ABOUT NAMIBIA

Namibia is a country in southern Africa that borders the Atlantic Ocean, Zambia, Angola, Botswana and South Africa.

The dry lands of Namibia were inhabited since the 14th century AD by local tribes called Bantu. In 1884 the country was colonized by the Germans, until in 1920 the League of Nations mandated the country to South Africa.
