Rock climbing is an activity in which participants climb up, down or across natural rock formations or artificial rock walls. The goal is to reach the summit of a formation or the endpoint of a usually pre-defined route without falling.

Needless to say that, if you’re an adrenalin junkie, rock climbing is the perfect sport for you. What could be more thrilling than climbing up a mountain?

Even thou there are a lot of rock climbing locations all over the world, we decided to dedicate this article of only one continent: the U.S.A. Indeed, most of the best and most scenic rock climbs are all concentrated in North America.

The Golden Scope picked six locations that are believed to be among the top ones to go rock climbing. We did our job, as we are going to show you where to go for a unique and extreme experience, now it’s up to you to find the courage to pack your bags and head down there to climb up the side of a cliff!
